Different Oreo Flavors

     In 2017 14 new flavors were introduced to the Oreo lineup. That is nearly double the flavors introduced in 2016. Along with some appealing flavors like Mississippi Mud, Hot Cocoa, and Cookies and Creme, there are some odd flavors like firework, PB&J, Keylime Pie. While some of these are good by themselves they may not be great between two chocolate cookies.

     Traditionally Oreo has released less outside the box flavors this year has been particularly odd. Oreo typically releases flavors in coordination with upcoming holidays. For example, firework was released just in time for summer and the forth of July, Peeps was released for Easter, PB&J was released for school, and Pumpkin Spice was released for the holidays. Oreo while they released almost double the flavors many were bizarre and I would imagine flops.

    I always thought how it was very weird how Oreo where releasing all of these weird flavors. But now that you showed me that they are released for certain times of the year it makes more sense.

    I didn't know that there that many Oreo flavors. I'm hungry now!

Strengths and Weaknesses

Some of my strengths are my ability to add vivid detail at times when I feel necessary. This can help with almost all types of writing. In personal narratives it helps the reader feel like they are witnessing the event. In literary analysis I can describe the effect something has on the story very well. In research papers I can describe events and the effects of the events in great detail. Some of my weaknesses are not being able to understand the deeper meaning in certain things. Sometimes I can understand the deeper meaning in things just fine but other times I just think we are over analyzing it and there is nothing deep at all. But I can work on this by continuing to make connections and relate things with deeper meanings to modern day and things I understand so I understand them.

Summer Story

     During my summer my family and few other friends went to Lake Conroe, Texas for an end of the summer get away. While we were there we did many lake activities such as fishing off the dock, canoeing, swimming, and we rented a boat. Today I'm going to talk about our boat rental experience. We rented a pontoon boat which was advertised as a performance package. We picked this package because we decided we would go tubing. When the boat first got back to the house the young children got to go first. When they got back they told us the boat was a little slow, but we did not care because we still got to go tubing.
